Moben, Kitchens Direct and Sharps bedrooms fall into Administration.

Shocked by the news last Thursday (23rd June 2011) that Moben and Kitchens Direct along with Sharps bedrooms have gone into administration?

Parent company Homeform owned by private equity group Sun Capital Partners, has said appointing an administrator could take up to 10 working days. Meaning thousands of customers are left without any support of guidance of what to do.

Here at Gourmet Kitchens the news was not a surprise. it has been brought to our attention that Homeform went bust owing £188m to creditors just four years ago and was saved by Sun Capital Partners.
